Aditya Birla Power Composite Limited (ABPCL), is a joint venture company that brings together Aditya Birla Insulators (unit of Grasim industries Limited) and Reinhausen Power Composites (unit of Maschinenfabrik Reinhausen, Europe), for the manufacturing and sale of Composite Hollow Core Insulators to serve the needs of Global & Indian EOMs in the Power equipment industry, with quality commitment to enrich their product portfolios accross the sector.

ABPCL has set up the fully integrated First plant of scale for Composite Hollow Core Insulators plant in India at Halol, Gujarat, bringing the latest technology for Compositr Hollow Core Insulators from Europe to India.

Complete manufacturing under one roof, from Filament Winding to Injection Molding and Final Testing.

Composite Hollow Insulators for HV Apparatus: Full range from 33 KV to 400 KV class with high quality HTV material for Transformers Bushings, Circuit Breaker – Dead Tank & Live Tank, Cable Terminations, Instrument Transformer – CT, VT & CVT, Surge Arresters, Capacitors and Generator Circuit Breaker.

Composite Long Rod Insulators: Up to voltage level of 765 kV AC & 800 kV DC , Strength class – 420 kN

Porcelain Hollow Insulators for HV Apparatus: Up to voltage level of 800 kV for SF₆ Circuit Breakers, CTs, Bushings etc.

Porcelain Disc Insulators: Up to voltage level of 1200 kV AC & 800 kV DC, Strength class – 420 kN, Pollution level 224 kg/cum

Porcelain Solidcore Post Insulator: Up to voltage level of 1200 kV AC & 800 kV DC, Applicable standards – IEC, ANSI, IS, BS etc.
